While you're online, we'll offer you orders to deliver. If you're happy, tap to accept the order.
Collect the order
You’ll see a map with a suggested route to the restaurant. Show a staff member your screen to get your packed order.

Frequently asked questions
- What are the requirements for being a rider?
To ride with Deliveroo you’ll need:
- Proof of your right to work - Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident status
- A smartphone – (iOS 13.6 and above) or Android (6.0 and above)
- Your own vehicle (bicycle, PAB/ electric bicycle, scooter/motorcycle) with the necessary safety equipment
- A Singapore bank account
You must also:
- Be over 18
- Scooters/ motorcycles riders will also need a class 2/2A/2B driving license & commercial insurance insured for food delivery services.
- PABs/ Electric Bicycle riders will also need theory test certificate & vehicle registration proof.
- What documents do I need?
You will be required to submit a photo of your NRIC (Front and back).
If you’re applying to ride with a scooter/motorcycle you’ll also need to provide:
- Motorcycle 2/2A/2B driving licence (Front and back)
- Proof of your valid commercial insurance that indicates it is insured for food delivery services
- Rental Agreement [if applicable]
- A photo of your vehicle plate number
If you’re applying to ride with a PAB/electric bicycle you’ll also need to provide:
- Mandatory theory test certificate for power-assisted bicycles
- A photo of your vehicle plate number
- How do I get paid?
Riders get paid for each delivery they make. The exact delivery fee varies per order and includes a variable distance fee. You will be told of the delivery fee payable before you accept the order. Keep an eye out for surge fees being offered in the app – these mean you can make more during busy times.
You can cash out once you hit a target or before a special occasion and get your money within 3 working days. Or just wait for your usual, free twice-monthly payments.
Riders keep 100% of any tips received and these are paid at the same time as the rest of your fees.

Yes, Deliveroo now operates across 20 areas in Singapore that are called zones and are all now Free Logins!
