- Complimentary gifts will be collected at Health Promotion Board located next to Outram MRT Station (3 Second Hospital Avenue, Level 4 Workplace Health and Outreach Division).
- HPB will contact eligible participants via email or phone for the collection of the gifts.
- Based on stock availability, gifts include sports towels, water bottles, resistance bands, or lunch boxes. HPB reserves the right to change the gifts given out at any time without prior notice to participants. One gift will be given to each eligible participant.
