Your invoices are important for helping you keep track of your earnings with Deliveroo. That's why we're making some small changes to the information shown on your invoices to make sure you can quickly, easily understand how much you've earned.
Here's how to read your new invoice:
- Your details - at the top of the invoice you'll see your name, the invoice number, and the dates the invoice covers.
- Deliveries - in this section you'll see one line for each day you've worked, with how many orders you delivered, and the total fees you earned for that day.
- Adjustments - here you'll see any extra fees from order incentives that were available when you worked, as well as any referral fees and other adjustments.
- Invoice total - at the bottom you'll see your total fees earned - including fees for your deliveries, any adjustments, and any applicable tax. This section is also where you'll see any tips you earned. Right at the bottom you'll see the total fee payable - that's what you'll receive in your bank account on the next fee day.
You'll be able to download these simpler, clearer invoices in the rider app over the next few weeks.
If you have any questions about your new invoice you can contact us through the Support page - or if you have a query about a specific invoice, or to report any missing fees, just complete a fee query form and we'll investigate.
