Where to find the survey:

Open your Deliveroo Rider app and follow these 2 simple steps:

Step 1: Tap “Ready to ride”

On your app's main screen, tap the bar at the bottom that says "Ready to ride".

Step 2: Scroll Down to Find the Feedback Section

After expanding the panel, scroll past the bonus or surge information. Look for the box that says: “We’d love to hear your feedback”. Click on the box and complete the survey that shows up immediately after.

The survey is available in-app only and takes just about a minute to complete. Once you’ve submitted it, it won’t appear again for a while.
