How do I know if I am eligible?

- If you are an eligible rider, you will receive an invitation email from Deliveroo for you to register your interest with us.

How do I make the purchase?

- Once you've received the invitation email, submit the registration form to register your interest. You'll receive a confirmation email once approved and you'll be contacted by Falcon PEV or MOBOT to arrange an appointment. From there, you can head down to the store and make your purchase.


When do I need to make the purchase?

- We've revised our purchase period and extended the date. Instead of 31 October 2021, we've extended it to 19 November 2021 to allow more time for our riders to decide more thoroughly.

Do I have to use my own money to buy the e-bicycle?

- Yes, you will need to use your own money to buy the e-bicycle. Our suppliers have instalment plans of up to 3 months to make purchases more affordable for you.

What do I do after I purchase my e-bicycle?

- You'll need to submit the proof of purchase, as well as fill up this quick survey. Once we've validated your purchase, you'll receive a commencement email for you to start delivering and earn your incentives. Kindly take note that any deliveries before the commencement email will not receive the incentives.


How does the incentives work?

- Riders will earn $2 on top of their delivery fees for every completed delivery after the date on which the confirmation form is submitted. Riders will have to complete and collect their incentives within the campaign period which ends at 31 December 2021. This incentives will be reflected on your bi-weekly invoice.


What happens if I don't manage to complete the deliveries during the campaign period?

- Nothing will happen. You will only receive the incentives that you've earned during the campaign period. At any point of time, you're able to use your e-bicycle for your own purposes.
