What can the $20 promo code be used for?

Riders with newly signed-up Tribecar accounts will enjoy a $20 Tribecar credit promo code to offset their rental fees. You will be required to input code on first rental booking. This offer cannot be used with other offers/promotions.

What is the 30-day trial account?

Newly signed-up Tribecar Deliveroo riders will enjoy a 30-day trial account with a $0 deposit required. Riders are to pay a $100 refundable deposit after the 30-day trial account period ends.

What are Weekly Special Rates?

Riders can choose from 2 motorcycle categories: the Economy motorcycle at $75 per week or the Standard motorcycle at $115 per week. To claim the weekly rental rates, users will have to make the booking and write in to support@tribecar.com with the email subject "Deliveroo Motorcycle Weekly". The reimbursement will be refunded to their e-wallet.

What is the Launch Promo?

Riders that applied for the weekly special rates rental offer will receive $50 Deliveroo credits. This promotion is only available for the first 20 riders who sign-up. All you have to do is submit a screenshot of the confirmed booking with Tribecar via the Google Form.

What is the First Weekly Promo?

Riders that complete 70 orders in a single weekly rental will be entitled full rental amount incentive matching bonus. Each rider is entitled to one time use only. All you have to do is submit a screenshot of the confirmed booking with Tribecar via the Google Form.

What is the New Rider Sign-up Promo?

New Deliveroo riders that sign up with Tribecar and have completed the dated weekly incentive will receive a bonus of $100. All you have to do is submit a screenshot of the confirmed booking with Tribecar via the Google Form.

Are there any requirements that I have to meet to sign-up with Tribecar?

Riders are required to meet the following:

• A valid driving licence
• A valid debit or credit card
• Accepted age range for car rentals: 18 to 65 years old
• Accepted age range for bike rentals: 21 to 65 years old
• New Drivers (drivers who are below 23 years old and/or have less than 2 years local driving experience) will be subjected to additional requirements. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
