Why does Deliveroo withhold a higher amount than my actual CPF Contributions?
Deliveroo may end up withholding more than your actual CPF contribution for the month. This is because CPF contribution rates (here) vary by monthly income and can only be calculated at the end of the month. By withholding at the maximum contribution rate for your age group and contribution status (Opt-in/Mandatory or Opt-out), Deliveroo ensures you have enough to cover your CPF contributions once the reconciliation is complete.
