My information such as NRIC number or date of birth is incorrect. How can I change it? And when will it be reflected?

Riders are responsible for submitting, and maintaining their rider information. You can always correct your information by contacting us as soon as you notice it, so that Deliveroo can verify and update the respective information. Please note, given the opt in query is once a month, the updated NRIC and DOB will follow the same schedule below:

  • Corrections Made on or Before the 15th of the Month: the relevant information will be reflected from the next month
  • Corrections Made After the 15th of the Month: the relevant information will be reflected from the month after next.
