How do I get my Refund/Excess amount back?
The Rider Refund Amount is calculated at the end of the month, after the last payment cycle, using the formula: Rider Refund Amount = Withholding Amount for the month (minus) Net CPF Contribution for the month.
You can view these return fees in the app under Earnings > Current Balance > Withholding Debit by the 14th of next month OR in your subsequently generated invoice. Once visible, you can either cash it out immediately or wait for the next payment cycle for it to be credited to your bank account.
These amounts will also be shared within monthly summaries available within the app under Documents > “CPF Statements” once the calculations are completed for the previous month.
