First, check the top of the order screen - that will tell you if there are already other riders coming to help you with the order.

If you are the only rider assigned to an order and find you are unable to carry everything yourself contact our Rider Support team through the app and ask for help.

While we find other riders to help with the rest of the order, please take as much as you can safely carry and proceed with the delivery.

You'll still be paid the full fee for taking as much as you can safely carry.
