Usually, the system is able to recognise large orders, and will assign 2 or more riders to deliver the order. In the event if you are unable to deliver the entire order yourself, please immediately contact the Live Support Team.
You do not need to wait for the other rider(s) to arrive at the restaurant if you’re delivering a large order. Simply pick up your share of the delivery from the restaurant and head straight for the customer’s location. The customer will be informed to expect the staggered arrival of their food, so you can move on to your next order more quickly.
