Deliveroo motorists can now get 20% OFF on Shell Fuels!

What is the discount?

20% discount on Shell Fuels at all Shell stations in Singapore. The discount applies to the following products: Shell FuelSave 95, Shell FuelSave 98, Shell V-Power and Shell FuelSave Diesel.

Who is selected for this Shell Fleet Card?

As we only have a limited number of cards at launch, only certain riders are selected for this perk. Deliveroo motorcyclists who have completed at least 100 orders within 3 months from the date of application will have priority on this perk.

How do I know if I am selected?

Riders who are selected for this Shell Fleet Card will receive an email with the steps on how to register and sign up with a unique code. If you’re a motorcyclist who is not currently selected, check out the eligibility criteria above. If you are not eligible, please keep an eye out for the next cycle, which will open in Week 1 of 2024 (1 Jan to 5 Jan).

How do I use the Shell Fleet Card?

Holders of the Shell Fleet Card simply need to insert the card at the pump kiosk, key in the PIN which they are provided with, and refuel. No need to queue, and the expenses will be automatically deducted from the registered debit/credit card.

What is my 4-digit PIN number?

The PIN number has been sent to you in a separate letter from Shell. Please be aware that this PIN is not customisable and cannot be changed. Additionally, if an incorrect PIN is entered more than three times, your account will be locked and deactivated.

Where will I see the reflected discount?

The discount will be visible in your Shell Fleet App under the 'Invoices' section at calendar weekly intervals. The payment will be taken automatically via debit/credit card on the date of invoice issue. Please be aware that the discounted amount will not be reflected in the payment made at the Shell Petrol Station.

What happens if I don’t have enough funds in my card to deduct?

Please always ensure that you have enough funds in your card. If Shell fails to deduct payment from your card, your account will be blocked, and will only be reinstated once they successfully manage to deduct on the 5th, 15th or 30th of the month.

What if I accidentally download the Shell Fleet App from Play Store/App Store?

Uninstall the Play Store/App Store version and download the Shell Fleet App from the link provided to you in the email. It's important to note that this email is only for eligible riders who have registered their interest.

I have an existing Shell Fleet Card with another company. Can I still sign up with Deliveroo?

Unfortunately, you are not able to have two accounts with Shell. You’ll need to de-register/terminate the previous account if you wish to take up the offer with us. Alternatively, you can still keep your old account if you wish to not sign up for this one.

How do I maintain my eligibility status?

To keep your status active, it is important to fulfil the specific criteria. You must have successfully completed 100 orders within the last 3 months at the time of application. The eligibility review will take place on a quarterly basis, so ensure that you continue meeting the aforementioned requirements during each cycle.

I’m holding on to the card now. What happens if I do not complete 100 orders in the last complete quarter?

If you fail to meet the criteria of maintaining 100 orders in the last complete quarter, Deliveroo and Shell will deactivate the card, resulting in the withdrawal of the offer. In case you become eligible again in the future, you will need to be reinvited during the application window to reapply when it opens in the next cycle.
