Every rider can request a review if Deliveroo chooses to end your contract with us. To request a review of such a decision, all you need to do is contact the Rider Support team below.
Upon receiving your request, your case will be manually reviewed by a member of the team as soon as possible. If you are unsure why your contract was ended, the team can also help to further explain the reason for this.
It’s important to note that the decision to end a rider’s contract is not one Deliveroo takes lightly, and your case will have already been manually reviewed by a person before we reached the decision. This is something our team takes extremely seriously. However, if a mistake has been made we will be happy to reverse our decision so you can work with us again.
In order to provide you with as much information as possible, we ask that you contact us directly regarding the termination of your Supplier Agreement or any other issues related to your Deliveroo rider account. You can do so by replying to the email you received notifying you of the termination or via the button below.
