How do I change my bank details?

You can change your bank details in the app.

  • Open the app and tap the menu in the top left corner of the app
  • Tap your name at the top of the menu
  • Tap 'Payment information'
  • Tap the account number and sort code to change them
  • When you've changed them, tap the tick in the top right corner

Remember that the bank account associated with your rider account should be in your name (as the account holder) and not anyone else's bank details. You are responsible for paying any substitute you appoint fairly for any services they perform, ensuring you are complying with clause [8] of your supplier agreement.
