All riders now have the option to claim your earnings straight away. To use this feature, go to Deliveroo rider app, then tap on your current balance on the Earnings page, and click "Get Paid".

By selecting Early Cash Out, you will discount your delivery fees by $1 in return for Deliveroo agreeing to pay you earlier than the normal fortnightly payment cycle. You will see a line item called “Prompt Payment Discount” under your delivery fees on our invoice.

The invoice will be generated instantly and shown as "paid" in your app.

Please allow your bank between 1 to 3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, & public holidays, for the payment transaction to complete.

In the event that you do not receive the fees in your bank after 3 business days, please submit this form.
